Customer Service Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our greatest goal. Our policy is simple: if something is not right with your order, don’t hesitate to let us know. We’ll speak with you and amend the situation, or your money back!

Please remember we do not deal with retailers in order to give you the best possible price with no middle mark-up. Moreover, we strive to offer the best service, consistent quality product, and brand experience by serving you directly.

Terms & Conditions

Please understand each sport coat/garment we build is entirely from scratch, and crafted for you as an individual. Once an order is placed, fabric is cut and cannot be altered or cancelled. We do not begin manufacture of any order until payment in full is received. Our normal window for delivery is 4-6 weeks. No product, custom or otherwise, will be shipped without advance payment. Orders not exceeding $300 will incur a fixed $9 shipping charge within the continental 48 states. Shipments outside the continental 48 will be subject to additional fees.

We are capable of special tailoring requests, above and beyond our stated collection. Prices for special requests are only available and valid thru direct conversation with a J.R. Furlong representative.

Please note fees for oversize orders: chest or waist over 50” incurs 25% surcharge, chest or waist over 54” incurs a 33% surcharge, chest or waist over 58” incurs 50% surcharge.

All custom garments are manufactured to the measurements and specs supplied to us by the customer. J.R. Furlong is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or misstated measurements. J.R. Furlong will review each order and contact you directly if any question arises as to the relationship of your measurements.

J.R. Furlong maintains customer profiles, and most current measurements will be used for all returning customer orders unless updated measurements are provided.

Any possible issue with an order should be brought to the attention of J.R. Furlong within 10 days of receipt of the order to be dealt with accordingly. No J.R. Furlong product that has been used, worn, or soiled will be subject to conversation, shall there be an issue with the article. Customer shall understand fabric supply can be exhausted at anytime. Our website will be updated to accurately reflect available fabrics to our best effort. While our expert master tailors craft one-of-a-kind blazers, please understand minor sizing issues may require you to visit a local tailor.
